The UoA Ultimate Frisbee club includes two teams, the A team and the B team. The A team practices three times a week, and conditions together as a team at a track once a week. Following a weightlifting and/or plyometric program is encouraged for all members of the roster. Conditioning is optional for the B-team, and they practice 2 times a week. During the Spring the A team travels to 5-6 tournaments and the B team to 2-3 tournaments. During the Fall both teams will travel to 2-3 tournaments, often splitting into two teams that has both veterans and rookies playing together. If you are interested in joining the club, contact us, or stop by a practice, we're always looking for new recruits!
